What is Eureka!?

Eureka! is Quebec’s biggest celebration of science for the whole family (6 years old and up). More than 760,000 enthusiastic visitors, including 44,000 students, have attended the Festival since it began 11 years ago.

Three days of fun, discovery and unusual forays into the world of science and technology with over 100 FREE interactive activities.


Eureka! is THE LARGEST SCIENCE FESTIVAL in Quebec and it’s for the whole family!

On the menu, each year:

ACTIVITES for all ages, all tastes and all types of festivalgoers!

  • Over a hundred original interactive activities developed by science and technology enthusiasts
  • 25 interactive lectures and shows
  • More than 60 practical creative hand’s on workshops and experimentation
  • And as if that wasn’t enough :-), street shows, animations, exploits and completely crazy demonstrations!

Creative and fun workshops, introducing the creative side of science!

And a bunch of surprises, night programming with the Quiz Génial! and spotlight events!
