EURÊKA! 2021: LATEST NEWS
The Eurêka! team is monitoring the epidemiological situation which has been changing on a daily basis. At the heart of our concerns are the health and safety of our employees and festivalgoers.
COVID variants have appeared in Quebec, despite all our collective efforts and goodwill, changing the scenario that was still possible a month ago for the Eurêka! Festival.
Major events have been hit hard by the health crisis, pushing our team to rethink and reimagine the 2021 edition of the Eurêka! Festival in an entirely different format, made up of three separate components. We are currently working on postponing two of our three projects until the fall: the Eurêka! School Tour and the Science Safari at Parc Jean-Drapeau. Stay tuned for more information!
In the meantime, we are thrilled to introduce you to… the new 2021 edition of the Eurêka! Festival, dematerialized and digitized for your edutainment pleasure, a virtual platform that will transport you to an online archipelago bursting with scientific discoveries!

Starting this summer, this new platform will offer close to 50 different types of content (quizzes, clips, activities, podcasts and more) for curious kids aged 8 to 12.

You’ll be glad to hear that our loyal collaborators that you’ve come to know and love are taking part in this online adventure and will be offering exciting forays into the worlds of aerospace, video gaming, artificial intelligence, life, Earth and environmental sciences, robotics, fauna and flora, physics, chemistry and a variety of other science and tech fields.
