WHERE IS THE FESTIVAL LOCATED?<\/a><\/h4><\/summary>
\n\n

The Festival is now located at Parc Jean-Drapeau and at the Biosph\u00e8re<\/strong>. Exit the Jean-Drapeau metro station (yellow line) and you\u2019ll find yourself in the heart of the activities.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n

WHAT ARE THE FESTIVAL’S OPENING HOURS?<\/a><\/a><\/h4><\/summary>
\n\n

\u2022 Friday, June 5th <\/strong>: 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Saturday, June 6th<\/strong> : 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. ; Evening program from 7:30 p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Sunday, June 7th <\/strong>: 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n

WHAT DO THE ACTIVITIES COST?<\/a><\/a><\/h4><\/summary>

All Festival activities<\/strong> and all exhibition halls in the Biosph\u00e8re are free for the weekend.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n

WHO ARE THE FESTIVAL ACTIVITIES FOR?<\/a><\/h4><\/summary>
\n\n

The Festival activities have been designed to appeal to a wide audience. <\/strong>

The majority of shows, presentations and workshops will be of interest to children as young as 6 or 7<\/strong>. Kids from 8 to 14<\/strong> will have lots of choices, as the programming was developed with them and their parents in mind.

But Eur\u00eaka! has something for everyone<\/strong>, not just families. The program includes a number of interactive presentations by researchers and personalities from various fields, sure to fascinate visitors of all ages.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n

WILL ACTIVITIES BE CANCELLED IF IT RAINS?<\/a><\/a><\/h4><\/summary>
\n\n

Festival activities and shows are not cancelled<\/strong> if it rains, except in case of force majeure. However, some activities may be closed temporarily if necessary.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n

IS THERE PARKING NEAR THE SITE?<\/a><\/a><\/h4><\/summary>
\n\n

There are a number of paid parking lots on \u00cele Sainte-H\u00e9l\u00e8ne and \u00cele Notre-Dame. However, some lots may fill up at certain times of the day. If so, you might have to walk a good fifteen minutes to reach the Festival site. Allow time to find alternative parking if you want to drive to the Festival.

We STRONGLY recommend that you come to the Park by metro, bicycle or river shuttle!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

ARE THERE BIKE RACKS ON THE SITE?<\/a><\/a><\/h4><\/summary>
\n\n

Parc Jean-Drapeau is a vast urban park covering more than 260 hectares on \u00cele Sainte-H\u00e9l\u00e8ne and \u00cele Notre-Dame. With more than 25 km of roads, trails and cycling paths<\/strong>, the best way to explore and get around the park is definitely by bike.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Park provides numerous bike racks<\/strong>, and several BIXI stations <\/strong>are also installed during the summer season, making it easy for visitors to leave their bikes once they arrive at the Park or set off on an adventure after travelling by tube.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
