THE BIOSPHÈRE – A FAMILY-FRIENDLY EXPERIENCE!
The Eurêka! Festival is back—and once again that means free admission to the Biosphère! Make the most of it to explore its exhibitions and take part in activities that spark curiosity, foster reflection and bring science to life.
You can also experience the new exhibition Emolab, which explores the science of climate-related emotions. Intended for youth and families alike, it offers a space to better understand our reactions and learn how to navigate sometimes complex emotions.
Don’t miss Watersheds! Follow the Flow. This journey through a watershed engages the senses while offering a one-of-a-kind experience of the world of water and our ecosystems.
For the occasion, several wonderful surprises are in store, including a project developed in collaboration with the United Nations focused on the ocean and human rights.
This is one event you won’t want to miss!

Director of the Biosphère, one of Espace pour la vie’s five museums

In Montréal, sports and science are fields that are close to our hearts, and ones in which we excel worldwide! I am therefore delighted to see Eurêka! explore the connection between these themes with its well-known curiosity. I am confident that this edition will help inspire our budding young scientists.
For nearly 20 years, this great celebration of science has been delighting young and old alike, allowing them to learn while having fun. Once again this year, Eurêka! offers hundreds of hands-on activities, dozens of lectures, and numerous shows and surprises!
I warmly congratulate everyone involved in organizing this creative and daring festival, which brings joy to the whole family. I look forward to seeing you at Parc Jean-Drapeau and the Biosphère!
Soraya Martinez Ferrada,
Mayor of Montréal

LET SCIENCE TAKE YOU AWAY!
The 19th Eurêka! Festival to take place at Parc Jean-Drapeau will feature a whole host of activities on the theme of science in motion. Some 100 scientists and athletes will be there to share their know-how and invite visitors to discover how science pushes us to go further.
When sports and science intersect, the result is major innovation, and innovation is central to our government’s vision. Innovating means helping to create a sustainable and prosperous Québec for current and future generations.
We proudly support the biggest science celebration in Québec, as it promotes Montréal as a popular tourist destination. This event will spark students’ and the general public’s interest in the scientific disciplines, and can even inspire new job roles in Québec’s promising industries.
We’d like to thank L’île du savoir for engaging people of all ages in science.
We hope everyone will enjoy themselves and make wonderful discoveries.

It is a tremendous pleasure for me and for the entire team at Parc Jean-Drapeau to partner once again with the Eurêka! Festival and to host this exciting event on our islands, a unique place where curiosity comes to life!
This year, the Festival celebrates Science in Motion, that energy that drives us to experiment, innovate, and push our limits. A theme that resonates particularly strongly in the context of the 50th anniversary of the Montreal Olympic Games, which we are celebrating this year. Just like athletes, scientists and curious minds share this same determination, this same desire to try, to test, and to always go further.
As an iconic site of this legacy that has witnessed remarkable achievements, Parc Jean-Drapeau is proud to host this great celebration of science, which fits naturally into the Games’ anniversary programming. Young and old alike are invited to explore the connections between sports and science and to discover how innovation fuels the pursuit of excellence and inspires the talents of tomorrow.
May this festival inspire you to explore, dare, and discover without limits!

Executive Director – Société du parc Jean-Drapeau
